Your Building Brilliance journey starts with a complimentary phone consultation to see if we're a good fit... followed by an in-person planning session... noting your current items, routines, and goals for your new build or remodeling project.

We work in collaboration with your trades team or ours providing necessary drawings and details to ensure proper layout and designs are met. We continue to meet with trades teams as needed... doing quality control check-ins throughout the project.

This is when the magic happens. Brilliantista handles everything for beautiful and easy-to-maintain spaces. We install, organize, label, drop off donations and complete any returns needed.

We meet for a 2-4 hour strategic design session to meet your current needs as well as future needs. Then we create digital drawings that implement space planning strategies including dimensions.

Absolutely! Our Essential Spaces service offers space-by-space consultations with a 4-hour minimum to create custom organization plans for individual rooms or closets. We'll collaborate with your trades team as needed and provide CAD drawings for easy implementation.
Great question! While we can usually schedule Building Brilliance consultations within two weeks of your booking, we highly recommend scheduling as early as possible in your building or renovation timeline. This allows for any plan adjustments. Our recommendations might require adjustments to layouts or dimensions your builder will need to factor into their plans seamlessly. Early involvement allows for smoother planning and builder collaboration.
It's simple! Building Brilliance has a 4-hour minimum which includes a 2-hour consultation together where we’ll walk through the home or review drawings. Any remaining work is billed hourly, with rates provided upfront.
We don't leave anything to chance. To ensure your contractors have a clear understanding of our recommendations, we provide them with detailed CAD drawings. These drawings visually represent our organization plans, making it easy to integrate them into the build process. Additionally, our collaborative approach with your existing builders minimizes the need for you to act as a middleman.
